The QFC Regulatory Authority has been appointed to receive documents required to be filed or lodged under QFC legislation with the QFC Authority and the Companies Registration Office and for receiving payment of the applicable fees.

Forms may be lodged by:

• post or hand delivery to the address of the QFC Regulatory Authority;
• electronic mail to an address provided by the QFC Regulatory Authority; or
• fax to a number provided by the QFC Regulatory Authority.

Lodgement of forms with the QFC Regulatory Authority constitutes lodgement with all relevant QFC entities in relation to the matters in those forms applicable to those entities.

There is no requirement to additionally lodge forms with those entities even in circumstances where your obligation to lodge forms arises under more than one requirement of QFC legislation. The information contained in lodged forms will be used as the basis upon which the applicable registers and databases maintained by the QFC Regulatory Authority, the QFC Authority and the Companies Registration Office are updated, subject to applicable QFC legislation.

The information contained in any lodged form may be shared between the QFC Regulatory Authority, the QFC Authority and the Companies Registration Office under arrangements between them, and in accordance with applicable QFC confidentiality and data protection legislation.
