	Mr Steven Lake Manager, Operations
	Mr. Lake is a graduate of the California State University where he completed a Masters degree in Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Radio-Television from the University of Houston. Prior to his position at the Regulatory Authority, Mr. Lake has worked for a leading educational institute in Qatar as Director of Administration. He has also served as Ticket Services Coordinator for the Houston Astros Baseball Club in the U.S. Mr. Lake is a member of the Project Management Institute and the International Facility Management Association.

	Ms Emira Yacoubi Administrator, Front Desk
	Ms. Yacoubi is a graduate of the Sorbonno University in France where she earned a General Diploma in Economics. She has also received a Masters degree in Marketing from the International Business School in France. Prior to joining the QFCRA, Ms. Yacoubi has worked as a Sales Executive at the Al- Jazeera Children's Channel. She has also held the position of Store Manager for a reputable garment house in France.

	Mr Balasubramanian (Balu) Devaraj Driver and Office Assistant
	Mr Balasubramanian joins the QFC Regulatory Authority with over 17 years experience in Doha. He holds an IATA / UFTAA diploma for international air ticketing from Geneva, Switzerland. Additionally, he has worked in air ticketing within the travel industry and also has experience working as a public relations officer in Doha.

	Mr Gajasingha Driver and Office Assistant
	Mr. Gajasingha joins us from the UAE where he was working with a leading Financial Services Regulator assisting in the office and providing transportation to top level staff. Having served as a commissioned officer with the Sri Lankan army for ten years, Mr. Gajasingha brings a true sense of dedication and discipline to his post.
