	Mr Kit Stevenson Head of Human Resources
	Mr Stevenson has a Masters Degree in HR Management (with emphasis on Internal HRM) from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California. Prior to working in financial services regulation, Mr Stevenson held senior HR management roles with leading companies in the real-estate investment and development. Mr Stevenson is also a chartered fellow member at the CIPD.

	Mr. Umesh Kalelkar Head of IT
	Mr. Kalelkar has more than 20 years of experience in project management, enterprise application integration, business analysis and solutions design. He has successfully implemented many strategic IT projects in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Performance Management, Portfolio Management, Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management. Prior to joining QFCRA, Mr. Kalelkar worked as a Senior Managing Consultant with a top global consultancy firm in US where he was responsible for providing project/program management, ERP, integration services, and e-business solutions. He also played a very significant role at a major US Corporation for delivering technology based business solutions for pharmaceutical product development. Mr. Kalelkar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistic and Operations Research from Bombay University, India. He is also a Certified Project Manager (PMP) from Project Management Institute and Certified Program Manager from George Washington University, USA.
