The QFC Structure

The QFC Regulatory Authority has been established under the QFC Law so as to operate transparently, objectively and fairly. Its decision making, financing and operations are structured to ensure appropriate and resilient independence, while being fully supported by the Government of Qatar. The QFC Regulatory Authority is comprised of a highly skilled and experienced team under the leadership of the Chairman and CEO, Phillip Thorpe.
