Whistleblowing (Protected Reporting)

The QFCRA’s whistleblowing framework outlines appropriate mechanisms for
making confidential reports about alleged wrongdoing by QFC authorised firms

or persons connected with these firms. This anonymous reporting mechanism

provides confidentiality, anonymity, and protection for people making reports,

and helps foster a climate whereby employees are more likely to report or seek
guidance regarding potential or actual wrongdoing without fear of retaliation by their

employer, such as immediate termination, serious health or safety concerns.
