Mubadarah

As financial regulators, the QFCRA looks to

deliver a world class financial services regulatory
environment that contributes to the economic,

environmental and social well-being of the State of

Qatar. Sustainable development and the adoption of

sustainable practices is at the forefront of the QFCRA’s
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives.

In 2024, the QFCRA hosted a Ramadan lecture

for all employees and arranged a visit to the
Mohammed bin Abdulwahab Mosque, highlighting

the importance of the holy month of Ramadan

as a period of personal and spiritual growth and

presenting an opportunity for employees to deepen
their understanding of Islamic traditions.

Prioritising Health and Safety

As part of the QFCRA’s commitment to promoting
employee health and safety, the Public Relations

department hosted the Primary Health Care Corporation,

Qatar Cancer Society, Qatar Civil Defense and Qatar
National Blood Donation Center representatives to

conduct sessions on mental health, breast cancer

and prostate cancer preventative and management

measures, importance of blood donation and Fire

Warden training; arming employees with the necessary
life skills to lead a healthy lifestyle in and out of the

workplace.

Be’atna

In efforts to reduce its environmental footprint and

promote a paperless business environment, in 2024, the

QFCRA participated in Qatar Sustainability Week’s 9th
edition, that set the highest recorded participation levels

in the history of the National Campaign with over

1 million mentions across their social media channels.
