Investment Manager, Advisor and Securities Supervision

In 2024, the Investment Manager, Advisor, and Securities Supervision (IMAS) department
underwent successful restructuring to better combine and enhance subject matter

expertise and a more principled approach to supervision. This change was necessary

due to the inherent risks in INMA firms’ activities, such as market, product, legal, and
customer/client risks. The department also overhauled and automated its risk rating

methodology using Tableau, updating the risk dashboard accordingly. Regular internal

training and discussion sessions were conducted to streamline the supervisory approach.
