Adopting Best Practices
European Foundation for Quality
Management
The QFCRA participated in the European Foundation
for Quality Management (EFQM) assessment in
October 2024. During this assessment, the QFCRA’s
Corporate Services division was evaluated across
various criteria, including Culture and Leadership,
Employee Engagement, and Innovation. The
assessment process involved a series of interviews
and reviews of the QFCRA’s practices and results.
The QFCRA’s dedication to excellence and
continuous improvement was evident throughout the
assessment, and the organisation was recognised
for its outstanding performance in these key areas.
As a result of the assessment, the QFCRA earned a
prestigious 4-star rating from EFQM, making it the
first financial services entity in Qatar and only the
second in the GCC region to achieve this recognition.
This accomplishment highlights the QFCRA’s
commitment to adopting the best practices in quality
management and organisational excellence.
