reflecting a sustained commitment to talent development and strategic Nationalisation. As illustrated,

key divisions such as Policy, Legal & Enforcement (69%) and Corporate Services (61%) demonstrate
particularly high levels of national leadership, while Supervision & Authorisation (54%) and Strategy & Risk
(27%) continue to progress through targeted development initiatives. These outcomes are the result of
deliberate investment in structured career pathways through the Al Masar framework, which equips Qatari
professionals with the competencies, experiences, and support required to lead in complex regulatory
environments. Al Masar remains central to the QFCRA’s vision of building a resilient, future-ready workforce.
