                   In 2024, the QFCRA strategically aligned its training initiatives with the overarching

                   talent development themes outlined in the 3FSS, ensuring that workforce

                   capabilities directly support Qatar’s long-term financial vision.


                   In 2024, the primary focus was on enhancing expertise in artificial intelligence, regulatory and

                   risk management practices, and cybersecurity, critical areas shaping the future of financial

                   regulation. Through partnerships with globally renowned training providers, high-quality, targeted
                   learning experiences that equipped employees with cutting-edge skills and practical insights were

                   delivered. Collectively, these initiatives accounted for 6,071 training hours over the year, reflecting

                   QFCRA’s commitment to building a resilient, future-ready talent pool capable of driving innovation,

                   safeguarding market integrity, and strengthening Qatar’s position as a leading financial hub.
