development programmes to strengthen capabilities
across different career stages, ensuring a robust
and future-ready leadership pipeline.
Exploring the Leadership Compass
A programme for junior Qatari nationals that builds
leadership skills through workshops, self-assessment,
and group activities, helping participants understand
various leadership styles, improve communication,
and foster teamwork for future leadership growth.
Senior Leadership Development
Programme
Designed for experienced leaders, this initiative
focuses on strategic topics like transformation
and change management, combining thought-
leadership sessions with real-world case studies
to equip participants for immediate and long-term
impact in the regulatory and financial sectors.
One-to-one Executive Coaching
After completing the leadership programmes,
individualised coaching is provided to support
leaders’ unique development needs, helping
them enhance their leadership style and fast-
track their professional advancement.
