Al Masar, or “The Path”, is the career development programme at QFCRA. Through engaging, enriching and helping our Qatari employees envision their futures, this development programme will help us create a legacy of competent regulators in Qatar.

The Five-stages development programme focuses on developing talent within the organisation, and takes as its compelling aim the definition of individual career paths.

إنّ برنامج “توجيه” هو مبادرة مبتكرة تهدف إلى بناء جيلٍ جديدٍ من الخبراء المحترفين القادرين على المنافسة عالميًا في القطاع المالي. وصُمّمت هذه المبادرة بصورة تساهم في تسريع الجاهزية القيادية والخبرة الفنية، وتمكين المواهب القطرية من خلال مزيج منسّق من التعلّم التفاعلي، والإرشاد المختصّ، والتوجيه المهني.

برنامج “توجيه”

The Financial Regulator Development Programme is a comprehensive, experiential, and competency-based initiative created to prepare the next generation of leaders in Qatar’s financial regulation sector. Spanning over the course of 12 months, the programme combines technical training with professional and leadership development, reinforced through practice-based assessments and a Capstone Project presented to senior leadership. The programme has been designed by the QFCRA is co-delivered in collaboration with Intuition, a global learning provider, and Human Development Solutions, ensuring both international best practices and local relevance.
