The Professional Apprenticeship programme is a structured six-month paid apprenticeship designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship and professional learning to novice professionals within the financial sector who can contribute to the QFCRA’s long term success.

Apprentices gain practical experience and develop their skills in a real-world setting, working under the supervision of an in-house expert. The programme enables apprentices to collaborate with specialists, explore career paths and apply theoretical knowledge in practice at the QFCRA.

Unlike the QFCRA’s Internship programme, the Professional Apprenticeship targets those who have recently completed or are close to completing post-graduate studies, such as  Master’s or PhD or professional qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or admission as a barrister, lawyer or solicitor.

Who can apply?

• Candidates with a Master’s, PhD, or professional qualifications (CPA, CFA, or admission as a barrister,lawyer,solicitor, etc.) with relevant professional experience.
• Qatari nationals and non-Qataris who hold a valid residency permit in the State of Qatar.
• Candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Candidates who are not in full-time employment
