QFCRA Rules

The QFCRA Rules contain the rules made, and guidance given, by the QFCRA with respect to the operations of financial institutions.

Policy Statements and Notices 

A Policy Statement describes the manner in which the QFCRA conducts its business in a specific circumstance, or its position on a regulatory matter.

A Notice is a formal communication from the QFCRA to describe an obligation or a requirement on entities operating in or from the QFC.

Consultation Papers

From time to time, the QFCRA publishes Consultation Papers regarding proposed rules or amendments to rules in order to obtain input from stakeholders.
