Financial Services Regulations

The Financial Services Regulations, enacted under the QFC Law, are the primary regulations which define the management, objectives, duties, functions, powers and constitution of the QFC Regulatory Authority.

QFC Regulatory Authority Rules

The QFC Regulatory Authority Rules contain the rules made, and guidance given, by the QFC Regulatory Authority with respect to the operations of financial institutions.

Policy Statements and Notices 

A Policy Statement describes the manner in which the QFC Regulatory Authority conducts its business in a specific circumstance, or its position on a regulatory matter.

A Notice is a formal communication from the QFC Regulatory Authority to describe an obligation or a requirement on entities operating in or form the QFC.
