The Financial Regulator Development Programme is a 12-month internal development initiative that reflects the QFCRA’s commitment to strengthening national talent and building future capability in Qatar’s financial regulation sector.

The programme combines technical regulatory learning with professional and leadership development, giving participants structured exposure to the knowledge, skills and practical experience needed in a dynamic regulatory environment.

The development journey includes 10 core learning modules, made up of 3 behavioural modules and 7 technical modules, supported by assessments, case studies and applied learning activities.

Designed by the QFCRA and co-delivered with Intuition and Human Development Solutions, the programme brings together international best practice with content tailored to the QFCRA’s regulatory context and strategic priorities.
