In March, 2018, we launched our new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, Mubadarah (Our Initiative), at the second CSR Exhibition hosted by Qatar University, under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.  

At the exhibition, in recognition of Mubadarah’s strategic partnerships and programmes, the Regulatory Authority received the Responsible Leadership Award.

The Regulatory Authority’s vision of Corporate Social Responsibility rests on these objectives:

• Building effective social communication
• Being an active partner in Qatari society
• Contributing to sustainable development

Mubadarah goals and objectives are aligned with the Qatar National Vision 2030 and the Second Strategic Plan for Financial Sector Regulation 2017-2022, both of which call for the development of human capital; the development of a competitive and diversified economy capable of meeting the needs of Qatar’s people; and contributing to the economic, social and environmental development of the State.

In addition to educational outreach, Mubadarah activities extend to building health awareness, charity at work, and protecting the environment.
